With the right scope, integrations, and guardrails, achieving autonomous resolution of 70-80% of L1/L2 volume is realistic.

All integrations listed on the site are active and live today, and we can walk through the exact details for each in a demo. We also often build custom integrations for MSP-specific needs. Our proprietary architecture makes this easy, so the current list is a strong starting point for initial coverage, not a hard limit.

Escalation is automatic and policy-driven. If confidence is low, approval is required, or the request is out of scope, Squash routes the ticket to the right technician with full context: what it found, what it tried, and why it escalated. Your data stays yours.
